There is one thing we know we both can agree on, Your nails should look good. We don’t want bad work leaving our shop, and you don’t want it on your nails. If anything is wrong, we will fix it (preferably) before you leave POLISHED. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can help you as best as we can. Sometimes that means giving you more time, sometimes it means switching you to a different technician more suited to the requested style. We understand that your busy, maybe you won’t notice a problem until later, and that’s why we have the 7-Day Guarantee.


We do not issue refunds on salon services. However if you have any questions or concerns about your services, please notify the front desk within 3 days of your visit. All guarantees will be honored with the original color choice. (An Exception will be made if the original color choice is defective). Repairs are typically scheduled with the original technician, However we will reschedule you with the technician of your choice if you desire a different technician.
